"The 2 PC Catfish Filet was good - I am glad I asked for extra lemon! It really built on the flavor of the filets. I am definitely getting that again. The Mozz Stax (5) was pretty good but it was a bit soggy when it got to us. A quick couple of minutes in the air fryer is all it took to turn then into fantastic and flavorful though! The 2 PC Catfish Filet's were juicy and thick and had to be fresh, a delicious cornmeal crust and well-seasoned fillets. But the star was the Sm Collard Greens made just the way I make mine with lots of salted meats and just the right amount of heat.
