Caramelized onions and mozzarella were great though. 2/5 stars: Chicken Pot Pie - made with our housemade filling of roasted chicken and slow-cooked vegetables Maybe my expectations of a pot pie are off, but this just was not good. It was goopy, tasted like too much cream of celery and lacked any noticeable vegetables besides a few carrots. 1/5 stars: [new] Confetti Cake- a big slice of housemade three-layer confetti cake with buttercream frosting and rainbow sprinkles, served with vanilla bean ice cream This was the worst confetti cake and buttercream frosting I've ever had. The grocery store does a better job. The cake was crumbly, with a really unpleasant white cream between the cake layers. The butter cream frosting on the outside of the cake was OK sans the thick coating of rainbow sprinkles. The vanilla bean ice cream was the only good thing about the dessert."
