Larger portions or cheaper prices would have made for a better value. I do really appreciate the highly customizable options their menu provides compared to other restaurants though. That said, I ordered 3 bowls, and all three were missing the honey addon I selected. That's $3 I'm out, not to mention not getting exactly the food I ordered. Not the worst thing ever, but not great service and definitely made for a less great experience and even less value. 3.75ish stars overall.
