"i love the concord taco bell and i literally hate almost every other taco bell in NH. the workers are genuinely the consistently nicest fast food workers ive ever seen. the only time they didn't do my order "as ordered" it would have been like three sauces and gross because i forgot to take a sauce off and they were right. im a vegetarian and they never mess it up, they always put the food together nicely, it's always wrapped up properly and not a gross mess with sauce everywhere. they honestly do a great job making food extremely quickly, correctly, and make it with a yummy ratio. some taco bells they hate you and you can tell and it really makes the food awful. taco bell should genuinely close the awful londonderry and hooksett locations and triple the workers pay here. it's not an easy job to make that many correct orders that quickly for so little pay and respect AND still be so pleasant to interact with. honestly i respect it. "
"we got the cheese for our two orders of nachos and cheese but no nachos at all. one taco had like a teaspoon of meat in it and the other one was so smooshed you could tell what it was. it looked like it was crumpled up. usually never have issues with quality of food but missing two complete orders is eidiculous"

"Do not order from here. I've ordered twice and had missing or incorrect items both times. The first time, I got completely wrong drinks and no sauce. Eating chicken strips (which were dry and hard) without sauce isn't the most enjoyable experience. The second time they completely left off one of my drinks, the cookie with my meal, and there wasn't a single packet of sauce, straw, napkin, or spork in sight. It's kinda hard to eat a pot pie with your hands. The quality of the chicken on the second order was abysmal. The chicken sandwich seemed like it had been in the microwave, & the fries were oversalted & tasted stale. Plus, they bagged the coleslaw in the center of the hot items, which caused it to heat up to above room temperature. I tried to give them a second chance, but I will not be ordering from here again. Save yourself the hassle and potential sickness and avoid this location."

"Being from a southern state, this place is extremely disappointing. General lack of seasoning and smoke flavor on the meat on top of being dry but wet at the same time. Pulled pork and Brisket taste like they were cooked in an oven or slow cooker. Chicken wings had a dry, tough exterior and lacked seasoning. Coleslaw was somehow dry and had too much pepper but no salt. Pit Boss Sampler is not worth it at all.
