And there is no way the hollandaise is made from scratch - it must be powdered stuff they mix in house. It is absolutely awful. The beef and broccoli was fine but a small portion. The larger portion was the chicken chow Mein which looked like a dark brown very fine soft but stif noodle. No bean sprouts and since everything is dark brown I thought it had tiny pieces of mushroom in it. At the end and since I didn't find chicken, I assume those dark blacker bits were chicken.. There is much better Chinese food out there."
