"Door dash app does not offer the topping that I like on my pizza (bbq beef) so instead I always order just beef topping then I call the store directly after ordering to have them change the topping and I have never had any issue in doing so This time however to store person was rude, hung up the phone on me 3 times then on the forth time calling said it was too late and the order had already left before hanging up on me again. All in all this was the most unprofessional and rude service from a Pizza Hut "
