"Jesus, compared to the quality I'm used to from this franchise, this location has a mountain to climb. My Fries and my PHILLY CHEESESTEAK were bland beyond belief, their usual aroma nowhere near as pungent or mouth watering. They were falling apart at the seams, especially the sandwich with ridiculous proportions in comparison to the flimsy bread. Lastly the Lemonade, one of the best parts of the Meal, while normally sweet and delightfully fruity was bitter with pulp replacing the usual fruit-chunks lining the bottom. In all my time as a customer of Charley's I have never experienced this low of a dip in quality, I would recommend any other location than this one. Especially the Willow Grove Location, with the love and care they put into your Meals there."
