I could only see a thin strip of carrot, & I thought I got the sweet taste of ?corn also. I respectfully suggest that Oi Sushi reduce the pastry casing, in favour of a more substantial veg' content that is recognisable & include bamboo shoots & add salt to bring out the flavours as the pastry lacks salt .
