I knew the price would never be justifiable because I personally have extensive experience making large batch caramel. I know how profitable caramel is. "It was my first time ordering from this place and I had not been to this place in-person either. I ordered the matcha choux and oreo crème. It's a lot smaller than the pictures made it seem. For the price of choux, I was expecting like a bun size but it matches the size of a small choco chip cookie. I was worried that it'd be too sweet but the matcha choux had the perfect amount of sweetness. Whereas the oreo crème had custard in the middle, a lot sweeter than the Asian saying of "perfect amount of sweetness". I'd order again as a sweet treat but not as my go-to snack."

"The matcha is good! It's good quality and the strawberry cream top tastes fresh but I think the hojicha flavor blends with the cream top better. The chicken sandwich has crispy chicken and soft bread but there's a bit of flavor missing. It's still really good despite that. The shittake pickle onigiri is really good! It's sweet, a little sour, and savory!"
"The potato and egg was unnecessarily sweet, the bread had a sugar glaze at the bottom which just did not seem to belong. Almost like eating egg salad with potato on a doughnut. If you are expecting a 7/11 japan eggs salad sandwich, this is not even close. The salmon onigiri was way too fishy. Pretty packaging though."
