"Today Lentil Miso Burger came with a very cheap $1 bun from somewhere like a fast food restaurant. Not a brioche bun... really depressing to open my $35 burger that I was so excited for to see a cheap, flat bun. If you don't have the proper ingredients that are listed on your menu, that someone is expecting to pay good money for, then call and let them know. Give them the choice to do something else. I would have happily taken a lavash wrap over this instead. Bummer lack of service and care. I've had this happen with other restaurants and they left a sweet note and told me they gave me an extra something to make up for it. That is proper service that keeps people coming back and spreading the word about you."
