"Quick delivery, egg rolls were fresh and nicely crispy. A little small but there are 5 in the order and a delicious sauce. Tom Yum was hot and well seasoned, the veggies still had a nice bite and meat was not too dry. Orange chicken is lightly fried, not too saucy and delicious! "

"I ordered wonton soup, medium spicy level. I did not taste any spice at all. It tasted like plain chicken broth or maybe just vegetable broth with the chicken wontons in it. After adding some sriracha and soy sauce to it, the soup was quite delicious. I also requested condiments and utensils but received nothing. The large soup I ordered was about 32oz. I also ordered the 1. CRUNCHY CRAB CHEESE ROLL1. This consisted of a cream cheese filling with crab meat (not sure if it was real or immitation) inside a crispy fried wrapper, similar to an egg roll. They were very small 3/4" diameter by 3" long. There were four total. They were good but just small. The dipping sauce was a tasty, thin sweet chili sauce. "

"The Loco Moco was one of the best things I have ever put in my mouth. The eggs were a nice medium yolk. The thick, beef patty was cooked to the most perfect medium rare. Combined with the savory onion gravy over rice, this is the perfect comfort meal. The generous serving of Mac Salad had just the right combination of seasoning and the green onions on top added a pop of freshness. Will order both again."

I'm not usually a fan of tinga but this one was the perfect balance of heat and flavor. The asada was a little salty but not noticeable once I added some salsa roja. We've eaten here several times and the quality is consistent. Highly recommend this truck!"
