I stopped eating BK years ago because their food was always cold, soggy, or the meal was just underwhelming for its price. I was contemplative about even ordering but since it's cold, raining & I got off work super late, I was limited options & I thought I'd give BK one more try & to my surprise, the original chicken sandwich is back to it's normal size or close enough to it from what I remember as a child and in comparison to the last time I got it which was for some reason like half the size almost. The food was well put together and still warm which was nice. They did forget to put sauces that I chose for the nuggets but that's a minor complaint. I ordered one of the family meals since I was feeding my 17 year old son as well. It came with 3 burgers OR original chicken sandwiches, (I chose 2 chicken sandwiches & one burger) 3 fries OR onion rings (I chose 2 onion rings one fry) and lastly it came with nuggets as well for $24.99 & that's inflated on the app so it's probably cheaper in store. "While our prior pizza orders from this Big Y have always been good, this evening, 8/6/25, I ordered a door dash pizza with extra cheese and onions. While I paid a premium for the extra cheese and onion toppings, what I received was a very under-cooked pizza with huge, bubbled edges, little sauce, and what I would consider to be a typical and expected amount of cheese (and onions), but certainly not extra cheese. This pizza was so "doughy" it was more like cheese bread than pizza, and it was clear that the preparer has not been properly trained to make an acceptably good pizza nor follow the customer's request regarding preferred toppings. Very disappointed with this purchase. "

While the cold antipasto salad appeared to be just fine clean & fresh the salad was buried beneath the usual soggy vinegary cauliflower, peppers etc. a fair portion of Italian meats, olives etc. The dressing tasted like wishbone Italian not the balsamic vinaigrette I requested. The Soprano pizza was disappointing as well. Mozzarella with very few tiny pieces of crumbled sausage along with broccoli rabe. The rabe was not sautéed in anything no olive oil or garlic rendering the pizza flavorless. I will take the leftovers and include seasoning and sauce sautéed garlic. This was an expensive meal to discard despite the disappointment. I did, however, enjoy the exceptional cannoli."
