"The food was good, but not great. The descriptions look good, but the flavors fall just that bit flat. The LOBSTER BOMB , for the price point, isn't worth it at all. It's good, but not worth getting a second time. It's like a Katsu coating on lobster. The texture is great. The flavors fall flat. The asparagus in, and the sauce on top of, the roll make it better. But, there's nothing to cheer about. The TRIOLE SEXY is a good roll and the presentation is beautiful. The flavors are subtle, but there. Yes, I'd order this again. The HOT AND SOUR SOUP is good. I didn't realize there'd be ground chicken or some unidentified meaty substance settling on the bottom. I'm not mad about it, I just think it detracts from the consistency and flavors of the soup itself. No, I wouldn't order this again for that reason. And just because it's not for me, doesn't mean someone else wouldn't like it. The only real Thumbs Down on this is the EDAMAME . It's over-boiled mushy beans. I ordered it with salt and it came plain, over boiled, mushy, and bland. The portion is plentiful, but a lot of something yucky is still yucky. Overall, four out of five stars and I would probably try somewhere else next time. The signature dishes I ordered could have "wowed" me. Instead, I just feel like they phoned it in and didn't really care about the food that went out. It's fine. Like Meh-plus. So not three stars and definitely not five."

The worst part about it was that the rice and everything is very expensive you spent $13 for only four pineapple and cheese crab ragoons, barely any pineapple cheese taste like they advertise along with really small portion for sushi I other sushi places will give you twice as much for about nine bucks whereas these guys give you such a small portion for 16. "NEVER have I ever ran so fast to leave a positive review, but this food was so insanely good , it is worth the immediate review. It's my first time trying Sumo, so I started with Beef Pad Thai and a side order of fried rice. The portions were generous, the food was prepared quickly, and arrived piping hot. The Beef Pad Thai had a slight spicy kick to it, which I didn't mind at all. I asked for no peanuts and it was made accordingly. Generous amount of beef included. Sooo tasty! The Fried Rice is incredible. It's my favorite kind, fresh, light, and savory. I dislike when fried rice is the tiny, orange rice with no flavor. This is not that thankfully! For a side order, I felt the portion was appropriate. Really looking forward to trying more items! Thank You Sumo"
