The burgers were so old/dry that they just broke apart. I mean there was no moisture whatsoever in the burgers. See (4) pics showing all of this. I will NEVER order from Wendy's again! In my opinion McDonalds and Burger King far surpass Wendy's and that's not saying much. Wendy's, you should be ashamed to send out a burger like this to your customers. "We tried the Adirondack Roll for the first time and I have to say it was the best sushi roll I've ever had! I would definitely be ordering that again! The side salad with the (L) Hibachi Steak tastes fresh as well as the (L) Hibachi Steak in general is so delicious! I would recommend getting the steak medium rare because it's so soft and juicy and when you put the sauce that they provide for you on the side the steak soaks it up and it's just absolutely delicious! The soup as well its just so flavorful and just warms your soul! overall it just hits the spot! Would most definitely drive 2 1/2 hours just for the food here. The portion is really good and will fill you up! The customer service is excellent! Very welcoming and nice people there :) this is our new go to spot in Plattsburgh!"
