"I asked how this costly restaurant prepared their veal parmesan. They told me they cook the veal in a deep fryer in vegetable oil. I asked them to pan prepare the veal in olive oil. The veal came to the table, and it was over cooked, burnt and tough. The broccoli rabe I ordered on the side was boiled, not sautéed. It was all chopped up and waterly. No olive oil and no garlic. When I asked the manager to take the veal back for a different dish, I received an argument. This is an expensive restaurant. Not recommended."

I had asked if they could do it spicy and I would have understood if it just wasn't spicy but it wasn't seasoned at all, no salt or pepper, nothing. The fries weren't crispy at all (I get that it's to-go but this wasn't "the fries got soggy over time"; this was "they never got crispy to begin with") and the onions were barely cooked. I tried dousing it in the salsas they gave me The meat for the 12. Chilaquiles con Carne (Verdes y Rojos) was at least seasoned a bit but was cooked pretty well and the chilaquiles themselves just had a weird kind of flavor. Overall, not thrilled."
