The meat is dark so I'm assuming they use thighs. Chicken Dumplings lacked flavor and the sauce that they came with was a very weird tangy soy sauce concoction. The dumplings were supposed to be fried but the texture of the wrapper seemed like they were thrown in an air fryer. 2 stars just because the popcorn chicken comes in a cool box and the food arrived hot. "First time ordering, got the Sampler Platter with the egg roll, chicken potstickers, pulled pork bao and a mongolian beef bao. We also ordered the Classic Orange Chicken Bowl with jasmine rice. The bowl was dissappointing. The rice cooked well, but was bland. The chicken was flavorful but scarce, for $11 i expected a bit more than dark meat and burnt ends. The pot stickers were flavorful, but could have used another minute on the sear. Also did not get the soy sauce... The egg roll was excellent! Especially with the sweet & sour sauce. A little burnt on the ends, but excellent none the less. The bao, both were nicley done, soft and chewey, and a decent amount of filling. The pulled pork was my favorite. Lots of flavor, but could use a bit more sauce. The mongolian beef was dissappointing in that there was no heat until i finished the bao and even that was nothing.
