"This was the first, and only, time I'll be ordering from here. I ordered Rigatoni Alla Vodka for my kids, and it was delicious, although I think $19 is a lot to pay for noodles and sauce - especially considering the serving size. Also, they used penne instead of rigatoni, which I didn't mind. For myself, I ordered Chicken Piccata. When I opened the container it looked like they sent me soup instead because there was so much loose, watery sauce. The flavor was just okay, it could've been substantially better if the sauce was thickened and actually stuck to the chicken and pasta. For my father, I ordered Baked Manicotti and a side of meatballs. Instead of manicotti, he received boiled ravioli drowned in tomato sauce. He also tried a meatball and immediately offered the other 2 to me and my kids. I tried one, and I can confidently say it was the worst tasting meatball I've ever had in my life. The rest went into the trash. $27 for boiled ravioli and 3 of the worst tasting meatballs is insane. They threw in a side of garlic knots for free, which was appreciated, but overall, I wont be ordering from here again. "

The bread that came with soup was wraped in papertowel. No garlic bread just dry bread sliced . no butter came with it. none of these dishes looked like photos on the menu. If I could get a refund on this meal I would. How do I get refund????"

"The food was fantastic! everything was very flavorful and felt authentic - the chicken in the (N) Chicken Parmesan took up the entire container, it was huge! Definitely enough for 2 people! Also, the food comes in normal carry out containers, not the Chinese carryout type containers shown. If I'm ever back, I would order again! My only complaint, being from out of town and picking up my order, I was looking for someplace called Nonna's Italian Kitchen. After not finding it and no one nearby having ever heard of it, I called and discovered it's a "ghost kitchen" for Patrizia's. That would have been helpful information. I don't understand the ghost kitchen thing."

"I gave Nonna's a 4 star for taste and affordability. If you are comparing this to Louie Bossi or something it wouldn't be a 4/5 but it IS a really good alternative if you are not trying to spend that much money. It tastes fresh and was packaged for delivery with care."
