"While the customer service was excellent, the food quality left much to be desired. I arrived to pick up my burrito before the estimated time, so it wasntIready yet. Once I received the burrito I was surprised and disappointed to receive it cold. Despite having just come off the grill, the tortilla lacked the expected golden-brown color, and it was clear the exterior hadn’t been properly cooked. The filling—meat, rice, and beans—also seemed underheated. Sadly, I won’t be returning and would caution others that their expectations may not be met."

"Food was great as usual. The rice and beans were seasoned perfectly and the sauce on the enchiladas was really good. My one issue, which is kinda big is the to go box that the Enchilada Plate came in. It was a paper container and by the time my fod got to me,it was soggy and fallng apart! It was so sogg, my food almost fell out. I had to transfer it to another container because I literally couldn't hold the box. I appreciate that they used something clearly biodegradable but this was insane."

The Quesabirrias Trio was on point and the consume is worth drinking. Those Carne Asada Fries tho...they stand apart on a whole nother level. Delicious. I travel a lot and have my favorites all over the country. I got my spot for Indian in Atlanta...my favorite Korean joint in Chicago...and now...my place for Birria in Monterey."

My husband liked his quesdilla, the chips are sad, taste a little stale, could be that they put the poorly sealed salsa cup in the bag & they got moisture from that. My Quesaburro was supposed to have guac & finally got a smidge of it more than half way through it, mostly just meat, beans & rice, not a super burrito like I expected it to be. "
