"Being Filipino and grew up eating Jollibee, we know exactly how the food should taste. I ordered from Jollibee in Covina and Today's order was disappointing. The spicy chicken was spicy but the chcken itself had no flavor, what happened?!!! The palabok was the same, no shrimp flavor, and no seasoning, it was very bland.... it had 2 pieces of boiled eggs, but there was no green onions or calamansi. Also, the peach mango pies was a big miss because usually the filling would spill as soon as you bite into it, but for my order, you have to eat half of the pies to get to the filling that was also bland. I called the store and they offered to replace the chicken if i go to the store with my Doordash receipt but what the point of ordering thru Doordash if i have to drive to the store and to get the same flavorless food was not worth it. Totally disappointing experience! I will not order from the Covina branch again, as the quality control on the food was lacking. The West Covina one has been on point. "
