"Brisket: 1/5 "bark" was burnt, yes burnt. I know bark and this wasnt it. It tasted literally like a burger that had been left over flaring coals until blackened. Ribs: 2/5 one or two okay bites out of 4 bones. Very tough, fall off the bone is over cooked but would rather have that than super tough and chewy. Tri-Tip: 3.5/5 lacking seasoning but cooked nicely medium. Brat: 4.6/5 really good, but im guessing it's purchased from 3rd party and cooked by the restaurant. Kudos if they are in fact made in-house Overall everything was lacking seasoning including Mac N cheese. Would not recommend unfortunately."

"Some of the best bbq I've had in a while. I'm from North Carolina and rarely get the pleasure of indulging in such a great. The Alabama white sauce was sublime and just the right flavor (not too much horseradish or anything) and the spicy bbq was just right.
