The baked chicken with macaroni and cheese and candied yams was delicious. The yams were perfectly sweet without being overpowering… pure comfort food.
The jerk chicken with mashed potatoes and garlic green beans was another winner. Everything was well seasoned and full of flavor.
The catfish platter with jollof rice was equally impressive. The catfish fillets were generously sized and cooked perfectly.
