At least another store around the corner says 'Best in Dandenong' which is true to me. 'best on Earth'... is taking it too far, to the point of a joke. You think your pizza in the best on Earth?? Just ego or bad marketing. Anyway, I actually really did enjoy the pizza 3 years ago. Fairly fluffy, tasty ingredients, thick enough base and good value. While the price is still reasonable, the taste has changed. The past two times I've tried the pizza it's been tasteless/bland, the base isn't thick or fluffy like it used to be, and it's not as well cooked either. Guessing the ingredients went down in quality over the years. Known as 'Paradise Pizza' in store / the actual name for it."

Seems like the pizza was cooked at a higher temperature for a shorter time, as the crust was a little bit burned (and the bottom of the base was a nice colour) but the topping and dough inside were a bit undercooked. Usually the pizzas from Endeavour Hills are perfect to me (apart from my wish for a deep pan / thicc base option more than traditional) but sadly late Friday night's pizza missed the mark a bit. If there weren't any issues I would have been very happy with this pizza, however the negative points outweight the positive. I ordered a Super Supreme with extra chicken - $3 for the extra and there are just a few crumbs of crumbled chicken on it - I had to go fishing around under the cheese to find any at all. I would be horrified if I ordered one of their chicken pizzas and that is how it came. Also, the pizza didn't look anything like the picture - while I am happy there is cheese on it (which there isn't on the picture), the prawns were small, not the jumbo ones shown here. There's also barely any capsicum compared to the picture. And lastly and most importantly, I paid for a large pizza, but received a medium 12" pizza in a medium box. So I essentially wasted $10 on the $7 large pizza upgrade cost along with the $3 extra chicken cost. If these issues were resolved, Fizza Hut would be a regular purchase for me and I would recommend to friends and family, but after this initial experience, I can't say I would be coming back. Also I thought the name was funny at first, but looking past the Pizza Hut reference, they actually make good pizza. It's just a real pity it's got issues like smaller sizes being sent as 'large' and small amounts of ingredients. I feel bad giving this order only 2 stars because the pizza itself is quite nice, but the value proposition and lack of extra topping (as well as not coming as advertised in the photo) lets down this experience."
