The Chewy Shrimp and Pork Dumplings (7) (Banh Bot Loc) were thick and dry and some undercooked. Not worth it for $11 for 7 dumplings. The bun Bo hue came with lots of meat for the price, and it was tasty but did not have a strong lemon grass flavor like the authentic one. The Fish Cake, Pork Hock & Crabmeat Noodle Soup ( Bún riêu chả cá giò heo) was very yummy and came with lots of crab meatballs. I think that was our favorite. The Combination Steamed Rice Rolls (Banh Cuon Dac Biet) noodles are too thin and dry, and the fried pieces were very hard and flavorless. The sauce is also bland. The Steamed Rice Sheets with Grilled Pork (Banh Uot Thit Nuong) meat is also bland. We may order for the crab noodle soup again but nothing else."

The shredded pork skin (bì) was soggy and slightly slimy, as if it wasn’t fresh, which made it very unappetizing.
