"After eating bb.q on the regular while stationed in Korea, this was every bit as good as I remembered. The spicy galbi bonless had a nice smoky flavor and perfect amount of heat. The only missing from it compared to my time in Korea was the rice cakes being in with the chicken adding that flavor to them. The waffle fries were nice and crispy. "I think the flavors are really nice. Spicy Vodka Rigatoni was great. The Whipped Feta was also flavorful, but didn't seem to be on focaccia. It looked and tasted more like a slice of your standard white bread. It was very thin, undercooked, and completely soggy by the time it was delivered (even with express ordering). Would recommend they keep the whipped feta on the side and let people add it to the bread when it arrives. The Citizens Caesar Salad was also really yummy, but would have preferred the dressing on the side. The Tiramisu was delicious and all the textures were perfect. Really loved the pistachios on top. Portions are all large. I think there's something to be desired for the way they are packaging to-go meals, but I am interested in trying more things on the menu in the future and in person."

Boba tea was underwhelming. I ordered less sweet and it was still a bit too sweet for me, but that's not unique to this restaurant. However the boba pearls were very hard, and I don't mean chewy, I mean like undercooked raw interior that you really have to bite into to get through. "I've usually ordered the sushi deluxe from here, we get the 20 piece chef's choice which is always delicious and a great variety. It has several pieces with jalapeño (the allergy alert doesn't have that as a choice unfortunately so I can't eat everything but I get enough). Edamame Steamed is always excellent (a little under salted for my taste but I have salt) and the Unagi (Freshwater Eel) is one of the best in Austin (not quite as crispy as I prefer but the perfect amount of sauce). This time I was having a craving, so I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass Let me tell you, it was savory and sweet and umami, light and flaky. I finished it and wanted to order another. I highly recommend Ebisu for Japanese cuisine. A little on the pricey side but overall worth it. "
