"Was so good ate every last bite. the spring rolls are the best I've had between ladysmith and chemainus. The chicken came on a skewer and literally fell off it, cooked perfectly. I ended up pouring the remainder of the dipping sauce ( which is delectable!!) over the vermicelli rice noodles, bean sprouts and the few veggies. I had to mix them up and tear off the cilantro to add instead of how it was placed as a garnish. Too many sprouts, not enough noodles or carrots. That's my only complaint, they give you all the components of a delicious noodle salad, but it comes deconstructed. The giant sprig of cilantro was appreciated, although would have been better without 3 inch stems, and incorporated into the remainder of the meal. I cannot stress enough how amazing these spring rolls are!!!"
