"Fantastic place. I deliver for all of the big food delivery Co's. That's important because I see & smell & deliver pizza from 90% of the pizza places. For a truly amazing version of a New York Medium Pizza order from these folks. Period. In the picture I pulled apart a slice to show the 'goo', but hear this. The best highest quality best pizza mozzarella is not white and stringy, it's a warm yellow cheese with more texture *and* flavor. Their dough itself is not NY style, it's New Haven thicker more of a bread feel, but they soft bake so the texture of the pie is soft and stretchy and not a blackened blistered crunchy pie. Just my opinion after 67 yrs on the planet New Haven style is great, I just personally never liked it. Their pizza sauce is naturally sweet, I've been a line chef & I know when a sauce's sweetness is from the highest quality tomatoes, and not from added sweeteners (yes many do that). The cheese I already said I love, and the sprinkling of oil is the last ingredient in a top-flight New York pizza. I choose to add basil & fredh tomatoes for a couple of bucks. The value of this very large 'medium' pie is extreme. Best price in the whole town and the best New York pizza anywhere within the entire area. 10/10"
