"It took a really long time to get my food,which alone wouldn't be enough to turn me off, as it was fairly crowded at the time. However, they were incredibly rude to me while I was there, barely spoke to me, irritated that I was there. I don't know if they realized I was the customer, not a doordash employee, but delivery people don't deserve to be treated poorly, either. And, on top of the poor service, my food was terrible. Worst Philly Sandwich I've ever had. Hardly any meat on it, and it was SO dry and tough, it was barely edible. Hurt my teeth. Sitting in a pool of grease in the box, so the bun was ruined. The fries on top were good, but the bottom half were also in the pool of grease and were a soggy mushy mess. I wish I could have taken a photo. I can't understand why this place is popular? Awful experience. Will not try it again."

"Different idea about what blackened is compared to Louisiana. Blackened shrimp and snapper were more battered and fried. Cost for the quality was really bad. $20 for a salad with 2 cups of greens. A thin layer of spring greens covering prepared shredded iceberg. Chef Paul would not be proud. As a local trying this for the second time (first experience wasn't great either) I will not be back...
