Generic rice and masala, no dum for sure. Worst biryani I've had at this price point no less. Do not order. Gosht nihari was 2/10. Measly portion for $28+. Made using same sauce base that's in everything. Greasy and unnecessarily rich. Haleem was 4/10. Good flavors but made worse overall by inexplicable need to make everything taste the same. Like someone in the kitchen just discovered chili powder and garam masala. Kunefe with gajar halwa was 9/10. Saving grace of the show. Right amount of sweetness and excellent fusion concept."
