SOOO many places get a simple fish & chips dish completely wrong. Frozen fish, overly breaded - that gets soggy instantly. We need to shout out the few places who do things right. "Ginza has the most melt-in-your-mouth raw fish sushi I've ever had in GR, and they're priced fairly comparably to other GR sushi places that aren't always as fresh or "melt in the mouth." I've eaten from Ginza twice now (once in person, once via door dash), and both times I was blown away by how fresh and tasty the fish was! If you've ever had rubbery, chewy, or stringy sashimi/sushi, you might think you don't like sushi. Or if you've had sushi that was a little rubbery, stringy, or chewy, and still liked it...then you're going to be thrown for a loop by how good Ginza sushi is. Plus, all the veggies in their sushi rolls taste incredibly fresh and perfectly ripe. You're not going to get slightly grey, over-ripe and mushy avocado from them, nor will you get under-ripe, crunchy avocado from them. I've have never had better avocado on sushi, before, than at Ginza (both times!) Their cucumber is also at a new level of fresh, crisp, and tasty. Their sauces are great! They compliment without overpowering. So even though I had a very absent/aloof lunchtime server my first time eating there--to the point where I saw the bus boy more than my own server--the food was SO GOOD that I Door Dashed it a couple days later for my husband and I. "The Mississippi Brownie was packaged great and large brownie size!! The Crispy Crab Cakes were pretty decent - the sauce that came with it was great. Drink size isn't the best per cost, the sides I ordered that actually came (missing some) - were good especially the fries. I was not a fan of the mini sliders, poor burger taste - tough or old maybe? but overall not a bad option if you're doing a "to-go" type of order - id order again."

"I was debating between country fried chicken and country fried steak. I should have chosen the chicken. The steak was greasy, over fried and chewy. It had a sourish taste (like Italian dressing or something). There were no strawberries with either of the two cheesecakes and when I called the restaurant they told me "yeah, sometimes we run out". That's it. The strawberries really make the cheesecake good. Otherwise it's just a cheesecake for $9 each slice. The rolls are DELIlCIOUS as usual. The green beans are not fresh ( I wish I would have just opened a can at home). I would definitely get the broccoli next time. The hamburger was okay. For $75 this was NOT worth it! The Door Dasher was good though! "
