Regarding service, this is the first time a restaurant ever reached out to me directly to ask my preference for the sauce for our shrimp (No Head)1 lb and Snow Crab Legs, so I asked for it on the side since it was not an online option and I received an immediate response from the restaurant stating, "I got you," which was the perfect reply and an A+ for customer service. FEEDBACK TO PIER 88, I recommend adding an option to add sauce on the side instead of making the customer choose a sauce. Overall, the food was phenomenal. Not only was everything hot and fresh, but it was also tasty and a great value for the money. The packaging was also a standout with the bag stapled shut and professionally branded with the Pier 88 logo on the bag, boxes, and containers."
