"Pho Today is my favorite spot! I love that you can pick and choose what meat (and veg!) to include in you pho - I prefer rare steak and mushrooms. Do note that if you get meat it comes in the bowl but wrapped in a plastic bag, make sure you take it out of the bag before you pour broth in!
