"I recently had too experiences with Diner Neptune. I visited in person the other day and had a great experience with the food and service. Based on that, I decided to order for delivery. Unfortunately, my delivery order was quite disappointing compared to my in-person visit. It seemed that the care put into packing the order was lacking. Here are some specific issues I encountered: * **Chocolate Milkshake:** What I received was mostly a vanilla milkshake with chocolate syrup mixed in, which seems to be a common issue with diner milkshakes.
