They don't skimp on anything; no rice-filler dishes with very little protein, no tiny gross fatty pieces unrecognizably covered in fried breading, no bland sauces. Everything was wildly above average, and noticeably great quality. The 23 wonton soup was packed with wontons (not mostly broth like I've seen from other places) and so flavorful. The 33.pork or chicken Fried Rice炒饭 was also amazing, and I'm already waiting till it's socially acceptable to order again within the same week lol

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Far East, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I want to especially highlight the Crab Meat Cheese Wonton (12), which instantly brought me back to my childhood. I hadn’t seen these in years, and they were always one of my favorite appetizers. When I noticed Far East offered them, I was thrilled — and let me say, they did not disappoint!
These are, without a doubt, the best cream cheese wontons I have ever had. They are much larger than others I’ve tried in the past and fried to perfection — wonderfully crispy and crunchy on the outside while creamy inside. I personally love dipping them in sweet and sour sauce, and Far East makes a truly delicious version. They are generous, too — each order comes with 12 big wontons, which is almost unheard of at this price point. Other places usually give you 7 or 8 for the same price, and they’re often much smaller.
I usually order a couple of portions and make them my meal because I enjoy them so much. Plus, Far East is kind enough to include sweet and sour sauce with the order, which makes the whole experience even better. The combination is perfect, and I can honestly say I’ve never enjoyed wontons this much.
Beyond the wontons, I’ve tried several other dishes and they have all been excellent. The C17. Sesame Chicken and Pork Lo Mein combo was fantastic — the chicken was tender, the sauce was delicious, and the portions were huge. The pork lo mein was cooked just right, and I even added some sweet and sour sauce to it (which I now love to put on almost everything). I also tried the vegetable spring roll, which was crispy and tasty, and of course, great with the sweet and sour sauce as well. I also ordered Fried or Steamed Dumplings (6) (Fried) dumplim and they were just as amazing
Overall, the food here is amazing and the portions are very generous. The combo meals come with so much food that I was able to enjoy leftovers for both lunch and dinner the next day.
As someone who is fairly new to the area and hesitant to try new Chinese restaurants (after years of sticking with the same one back home), I can confidently say I made the right choice picking Far East. The food is reminiscent of the Chinese dishes I used to love, and I’m excited to try even more from their menu. I’m so grateful to have found a local spot I truly enjoy.
