"not sure what happened today with this establishment, but it was extremely disappointing. in fact it's the worst I've ever had from a chik fil a. everything was over cooked. I tried to cut my chicken sandwich w a sharp knife and was met w a crunch similar to a potato chip. the waffle fries were burnt and minimal in the box. and my 2 milkshakes were runny. I live only 4 min away so we can't blame the food sitting as an issue. this isn't the 1 st time food was sub standard from this location but it was tolerable to n extent... this.... again I don't know what happened here today but it was ridiculous for the amount of money charged. do better chik fil a innus, do better bc the next complaint will be to corporate."
