I really appreciate when the dasher uses the insulated bag , even in summer , because this food tastes best when it's still hot. If it gets cold ( which can happen quickly ) it really just isn't as good and doesn't really heat up well.
I noticed the straw hole for the drink lid was completely sealed . This is great so it doesn't spill on route but you may have to take it off and use some scissors or a knife to open it up .
One small thing I noticed is I couldn't see how to request ketchup packets , or packages of vinegar , salt or pepper . Not sure if I just missed it or if it's not an option ?
Everything else was perfect and the delivery time was under 30 minutes.

The Soldier Chicken is the ultimate appetizer. I went straight for them and they were so good thought the portion is definitely for one person. I also like that if you buy rice with it, you can take the left ove garnish and put it ontop of your main dish.
The Idly Vada Combo along with the side chutneys was a great price and I would have ordered two because I still had a lot of idly left.

"Ordered Shrimp Pasta and it was tasty but not very flavorful. maybe some herbs and veggies would make the pasta taste better. Also the fettuccine could be fresher. Village Salad was good but not as represented in the picture. And too much feta and not as much veggies(no kalamatas at all :/) and with no dressing. Strawberry Lemonade (16 oz) was really good and Strawberry Smoothie a bit sweet. It would be great if the ingredients used could be specified and or personlized. I also suggest you let costumers add veggies and herbs to the pasta to make it tastier and more personalized, in the same way you let us choose the sauce and the type of pasta. "I ordered 12 Chicken Wings and Shrimp Pasta. The Chicken Wings were missing, and DoorDash processed free re-delivery. The dasher called me to let me know that the order was not ready and passed the phone to someone at the restaurant. This individual advised that they don't have Chicken Wings. I requested to replace it with Ground Beef Pasta, and he advised that he could only replace it with a salad. To clarify, he wanted to replace a $26.99 Chicken Wings order with a $7.99 Salad. I rejected his offer and got great support from DoorDash Support.
Moving forward to Shrimp Pasta quality, the dish is subpar with runny tomato sauce (It looked like water with colouring than a fresh tomato sauce), cardboard pasta (Packaged Grocery Pasta would have been much better than this) and four pieces of uncleaned, overcooked, shrivelled, and uneatable shrimp."

"I have now ordered the lamb biryani twice in the last week. The first time was because I had a late night craving. The second was because I liked it so much the first time.
