Now the Birria Tacos themselves came packed with 3 tacos, two limes, green sauce, and it also came with a delicious consommé. The meat was sooo well seasoned and the taco had the perfect crunch. I usually don't like churros because so often I get them from places where it's hard when you bite into it but these churros were warm and fluffy once you crunch through the outer layer. "Everything was great! Turkey Bacon / Turkey Sausage was cooked to perfection and wasn't at all salty and so were mybside if 2 Eggs, scrambled hard. I would have liked the Pancake or French Toast with Choice of Bacon / Ham / Sausage to be cooked a little longer but it wasn't a huge deal (just an fyi, if you prefer them well done). "Vassi’s Drive-In is a picture made for motion and appetite. We pull in smooth behind the wheel of a Ford Model A, paint catching the light, tires straight, parked so neat it looks rehearsed. The car fits the spot like it belongs to the place, and so do we. I order the hot dogs with everything, and they do not hold back. Mustard bright as brass, onions piling in, relish chiming along. The dogs have a good snap, the buns keep their composure, and the whole number swings hard from first bite to last. Portions are generous, the food arrives hot, and once you start you are committed. No dabbling allowed. This is drive-in eating the way it was meant to be done. Engine cooling, radio low, paper tray heavy in the hands. The mood is right, the timing is right, and nobody is in a hurry to leave. I would order this again without a second thought. In fact, it is hard not to. Five stars. Big flavor, good portions, and pure roadside jazz."
