No overly excessive juices were present and the steak was not excessively chewy either like it is at some Mexican restaurants. The food here is great. Its easier to add spice than take it away, though. The food was very fresh and delivered very quickly. i would order again. Xangos (Cheesecake Burrito) is sooo good! The best dessert on the menu!
