"When you pay for a meal, remove ONE item and end up with half of the ingredients missing, and this is not just once, but a regular occurrence, your experience with the store starts to waiver on "value". Sometimes the order is perfect, but most of the time we are missing something (usually the chips) or it feels like staff decided to play a joke because of a dietary preference. In this case, ordered a Triple Whopper® Cheese Value Meal , but they didnt just remove the only item i requested due to an allergy, they decided to remove the tomato, mayo, lettuce and onion as well. It was patties, cheese and sauce! When you are paying near $65 to feed two people, this is ridiculous. Dont care how good it tastes, we'll take our business elsewhere i think because the risk isnt worth it anymore. What has happened to HJs over the years has been a sad decline. I think the time they removed fries from the menu and replaced them with chips is when it changed. Hjs aint what it used to be. "

"Kebab was a smaller than expected but good. Snack box was much bigger than expected! But chicken is.. not so good, bit hard, but decent enough. Bubble tea seems to use ready-to-go pre-cooked black pearls - not great, but the tea itself is pretty good. Bit overpriced for the quality."

"Fantastic! As always! I'm pretty sure I've tried almost all the flavours and they're all great! There's definitely flavours for everyone. I like to put them into my Power Tea tumblers to keep them nice and cold. The Sirens Call (the bluey green one) is nice with the tart kiwi with kind of an apple-y after taste, not too sour. The Ali Rose is sweet with that nice Cherry flavour, almost like the red Cherry starbursts. I love the powerteas and hope this helps someone give them a try or maybe even branch out and try new flavours 😊"
