The soup was still fairly hot when picked up, but you may want to warm up in the microwave if you want the meat more well done since it does come uncooked. The portions are generous, I was able to eat it twice! Had all the sides with Sriracha sauce, hoisin sauce, lime, basil, green onions, jalepeno, and bean sprouts. Also requested extra hoisin and they didn't charge. Utensils aren't provided, so if you need, you may have to ask. Taste is amazing, too!
