"I’m honestly pretty neutral on this restaurant.
The chicken was the standout—well-cooked, properly seasoned, and you could actually taste that it was grilled, which was a major plus.
Unfortunately, the sides didn’t match that same quality. The rice and peas were bland and lacked seasoning, the cabbage had an odd fishy flavor that was off-putting, and the plantains tasted less than fresh. On top of that, the chicken portions felt a bit small for the price.
There’s definitely potential here because the main protein was solid, but the side dishes and portion value need improvement. If those issues were addressed, I’d absolutely consider ordering again and would be comfortable recommending them to friends."

It may sound like such a simple common item and something that plenty of restaurants/food trucks carry...but in my humble opinion, these are one of the best you could find around here. The taste & textures and combo of ingredients (and presentation) are just unique...and done a bit differently than other places. The chips are fresh, crunchy, and thick with lots of flavor...and the guacamole is authentic and made right with all of the proper ingredients AND correct meticulous method and tireless efforts put in to produce and serve a legit high-quality (and visually attractive and colorful) authentic Mexican guacamole.
P.S. - I didn't even know that they had this item here until I first made an order via DoorDash; you may not see it advertised on the food truck menu displayed there...but they do indeed carry it and I'm SO glad that I discovered this...as I order them EVERY time I purchase food at this place now - they are THAT good.
P.S.S. - I will say, the price is pretty expensive for what the item is.....(only thing I could complain about)...but trust me - it's worth every penny!!! Do yourself a favor - don't delay, debate, or hem & haul about it...just buy it and try them out; you will not regret it and likely be hooked!!!!!! :-).
