"I ordered the HYDERABADI CHICKEN DUM BIRYANI expecting to get at the very minimum three pieces of chicken in it. Normally when you order this dish you receive at least a drumstick and thigh at the very least, plus they're usually a decent size/portion if it's only going to be two pieces. Unfortunately this order came with just one reg thigh and a smaller thigh which I found odd and I was slightly annoyed by it. I did appreciate that they kept the onions and lime wrapped on the side instead of putting it on top of the rice like other restaurants do. This most recent visit was especially frustrating. When we asked again for the second rice container (which we had already requested), the employee gave us a hard time and essentially told us that if we weren’t going to pay extra, we could leave. He was also unable to clearly explain why two orders are automatically combined into one.
We feel overcharged because we’re paying for two full meals but consistently receiving the sides for only one. Be aware of the unprofessional attitudes and practices like this. It’s disappointing because the food itself is good, but the service makes it hard to keep coming back"
