The pork belly is ALWAYS crunchy. Jalapeños are cut lengthwise for even spice distribution. They have ALL the condiments... they do not skimp - the soy garlic sauce compliments the pork, and they slathered on that pâté like they're making it for their own family. They also put in mayo as a nice balance to the salty-sour. A lot of places only give you 1-2 out of 3 condiments. "The food was good. I’m glad I got it during happy hour to save some money. We got the Crispy Chicken Wasabi Teriyaki Bowl which was as described and delicious. We also got the Bang Bang Chicken Bowl which was good but instead of actual cucumber which is what is advertised it had pickles. While I do love pickles it made the dish taste more like a deconstructed chicken sandwich rather than a more Asian inspired dish. One thing that is super important to know is if you are picking up be prepared to wait. I ordered from my living room, drove to the restaurant and still waited over 30 minutes. Multiple groups came in while I was sitting waiting for my order. They ordered their food and left before I even received my order. All that said, even with the waiting, I would still get it again.
