"This restaurant is one of our local favorites. I was really looking forward to the crab enchilada. It was a good sized enchilada, accompanied by generous portions of refried beans and rice. The enchilada itself was stuffed full of crab meat. Unfortunately to me it was a little bland. Crab meat has such a delicate flavor though that I didn't want to risk ruining it by using salsa or something on it. I think I will order it again and give it another chance because I do love crab!"
