"I’m extremely disappointed with this order. I placed the order at 7:15 PM and it was delivered by 7:40 PM, so speed was not the problem. The problem was that the pizza arrived cold and was so limp and poorly made that I could slide my whole arm underneath it. An X-large pepperoni pizza should never arrive cold and floppy within minutes of delivery. The pizza fries were a complete failure. For $12, I got plain fries with a clump of melted cheese — no marinara sauce, no pepperoni, nothing that justified calling them pizza fries. They were bland, messy, and honestly embarrassing for something being sold to a customer. Very disappointing overall. Low quality, poorly prepared, and not worth the money."
