"The Grilled Classic Italian taste pretty good. The only thing to mention is the sandwich was very narrow. I have ordered Italian sandwiches from other competitors and their Italian sandwiches were much wider and had more meat for a lower cost. I would suggest to Penn Station to provide bigger sandwiches to keep customers coming back. "

"I am not sure what went wrong. My sandwich was not even cut in half. The bread was so hard I could use it to drive nails into a board. There was some spicy hot sauce in the sandwich which I checked no spicy sauce. There was may two slices of tomato and maybe two slices of onion. Very little meat in the sandwich. I will never order this sandwich again."

"Is this a joke? If I could give less than 1 star, I would. First, a basic order for 3 adults and a small child was over $130. Then, the poor Dasher had to go back multiple times because the restaurant kept messing up. The brown butter cake was $12 and supposed to come with maple bourbon ice cream and caramel. All I see here is a handful of squished, gummy cake. The kid's juice was $4 and came in an 8oz coffee cup. The "dip" was solid. The spanakopita was $8 for 6 bite-size things that obviously came out of a box in the freezer. The ONLY decent things were the salads. Both salads were actually pretty good. In the end, we still didn't get any silverware or napkins. I will NEVER eat here again, and I will advise others not to either."

"There is much room for improvement here. The fat bombs were so dry, we couldn't eat them. They were also tasteless. They completely crumbled! In the picture, the fat bombs were much more moist looking. The smoothie was very chunky, and came with no straw. Also didn't have much flavor. I think they forgot to add the pineapple or mango. The açaí bowl was just ok. The panini was good but still lacking something. Also, would have been better with chunks of turkey instead of plain lunch meat."
