The French Fries were good though as they always have been. At least you can still get great fries from here but as much money as this place charges for food they need to make better tasty food just as they did before. The Bavarian Pretzels Sticks are not the same. They used to be great, today they were ok, as if they were mass produced from Restaurant Depot. Fish and Chips was a huge disappointment as it was consistently my favorite meal. Today, the portion was half the usual size. The "steak fries", which were $3 more than normal fries, were insulting. Thin, flimsy, soggy excuse for fries. For a steak fry, they were smaller than what you'd get at McDonald's. I may order from Hailey's again in a couple of months in the hope the food will return to its former glory though I will not hold my breath after tonight."

"the temperature was hot, that earned it a 2 star. however, if you grew up with Cajun/seafood this isn't it. the sauce was thick and slimy. the crawfish were small and mushy. a few dead, a few gritty. weighed it and it was not even close to 3 lb. there was at least 5 lbs of potatoes though. no flavor on the crawfish or potatoes. the sausage did have a bit of good flavor. the fried shrimp and onion rings had no flavor with the exception of a very salty seasoning dumped on after cooking. unfortunately, the sauce also spilled in the bag. would not eat from here again."
