"We have been here lots of times. Usually the food and service is reliable. We have met the owner on several occasions. This is the 2nd time we have doordashed from Zesty's. I thought the first time was just an accident but this place has changed.. no napkins or gloves with our order twice now! Our boils used to be quality but now are just sad. We used to get so much for our money. The boil this time was overcooked. Not enough butter/seasoning (there's always plenty when we have eaten there in the past.) It's just unfortunate and it should be better. I don't know what has changed. I did call and report to management as were disappointed. She was kind. But still sucks.Hope things go back! Can't forget to point out the pathetic noodle that was in our boil... "

"My sandwich was really good. still warm and the vented lid kept my bread from being soggy, which usually ruins it for me. the meat actually had flavor, wasnt dry this time. I was more worried the meat would have fat and grissle and be chewy, but it wasnt. 2nd time around was way better. There was a good amount of meat compared to last time and especially price. Most of us will play a little more for good food. I didnt ask for double meat and believe the sandwich was made closer to the way they say. "The price for the Fries does not equal the amount that you get. Cost over $4 for a small fries but you legit get the amount of a McDonalds small fries. The sandwich was veryyyy salty. The meat definitely had been sitting for awhile as well. No idea why it was so squished. Wanted to enjoy national Philly cheesesteak day but this definitely wasn't great."
