"So this rating is mainly for the new menu item. I had the Cajun Alfredo pasta with the shrimp and it was definitely not as good as I hoped it would be. I tend to like spicy food and I love Cajun pastas usually but this was overwhelmingly spicy. It literally overpowerers the pasta. It isnt really flavorful (savory or tangy or even sweet), it is just peppery spice. It really takes away from the meal overall. This meal should really be called Pepper Pasta or Spice pasta. I had to add tomato sauce to neutralize a little bit of spice and added a dash of sugar just to make it more edible and add some other flavor to it. This Cajun pasta is easily 1 star but with the ingredients I added, makes it more of a 2 star rating. But I will eat it because I paid for it but this Pasta can definitely stand to be removed from the menu. The reason for the 3 star rating is because my husband got one my favorite Go-To meals (Spicy Korean Steak Pasta) which has a bit of a kick but is also flavorful. I love it! Originally when I ordered, my favorite dishes were the Cajun or Jerk Salmon platters because they had authentic seasonings that were a perfect blend of zesty, spicy and savory flavors. The kick in the Jerk Salmon would open your senses but it was delicious. However, today I ordered the Cajun salmon with rice and peas and cabbage and I was very disappointed. The Cajun Salmon came covered in some type of white mayonnaisy sauce??? It was okay but didn’t put me in the mind of a Cajun sauce. It was bland. And the cabbage appeared to be the shredded blend you buy in the supermarket compared to being the freshly cut vegetable blend they use to sell. My salmon was hard and dry. The Salmon platters have always been a little pricey but the authentic spicy flavors, the tender texture of the salmon and the freshly cut vegetable blends made it well worth it. This platter was not worth $30. "
