"The poor driver had to wait in a super long line for our food which added to the wait time. He waited a super long time for food that was already prepared and paid for. The food is meh after being cooked quickly but the driver waited for an extended amount of time to get to the window to pick up the food. Also, the address is wrong in the system. If there was a priority pick up process for delivery drivers it would be great. We will not be ordering from here again but we do love Hanks and will just need to go here in person.
