"It was my first time trying this place and although I didn't recieve a good first slice of cake I am open to trying them again. The Carolina's Chocolate Cake had a lot of holes in it indicating that the batter wasn't thoroughly mixed. On top of that , because it wasn't very well mixed it led to a lot of dry spots in the cake itself which I didn't really like. The chocolate frosting was very oily and didn't spread well, it was also kind of clumpy. Overall I would say that the slice of cake for $7 is a bit on the small size , there are other places you could go to which give you bigger slices for $6. I will be trying this place again since it has decent reviews! I just think maybe today was an off day since my slice clearly wasn't fresh."

"Got the seasonal Trick or Treat™ with the orange waffle cone add-on. I also added raspberries to the ice cream. If anyone is worried, the Trick or Treat uses food dye, not activated charcoal. This is an obligatory reminder that activated charcoal is used for emergency poison control and can render a lot of common medications useless. The ice cream itself is cake batter flavored. The three different chocolate treats in the mixture help balance that out really well. It was a pleasant mix of chocolate and cake flavor with enough texture variation that I didn't get too sick of eating it. The waffle cone is not worth it though. It's very aesthetically pleasing, but this is the first time a waffle cone has literally tasted like cardboard. Disappointing end to an otherwise pretty good experience. "

The entire point of ordering crunch wraps is to fill me up, an even amount of all the ingredients. My chips and cheese was good and cheese was hot. Unfortunately my soft taco was wet on the inside of the wrapper so that was soggy."

"I really enjoy The Victorian, and this was my third time ordering from them. It was my first time ordering through DoorDash, and unfortunately I was pretty disappointed with how the food arrived. The hash brown was extremely cold, old, and overcooked to the point that I couldn’t eat it at all. I took one bite and had to immediately discard it, which honestly felt like a waste of money. The sandwich itself was mediocre at best. I usually only order coffee from The Victorian and decided to try one of their sandwiches this time. It just didn’t live up to the quality I expected based on my past visits. I also ordered a latte and received what felt like about 50 percent foam. There was so much cold foam that after I set the cup down, the foam just sat there for hours without really going down. I was disappointed because I do genuinely enjoy their drinks. I was hoping that having them available on DoorDash would make it easier for me to order since they are a bit far from my location. I like the coffee, but the driving distance isn’t very convenient for me. I’m not sure if I will be ordering again through DoorDash, but I do hope the quality improves because I have enjoyed their drinks in the past."
